1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the QuickBooks MCP Server application ("Application"). By using this Application, you agree to these terms.

2. License

This Application is a private internal tool. It is licensed solely for use by the operator (Josh Rockey) and authorized personnel for managing QuickBooks Online accounts.

3. Restrictions

This Application is not available for public use, redistribution, or resale.

4. Data Access

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit API solely for the purpose of account management. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator assumes all responsibility for its use and any actions taken through the QuickBooks Online API.

6. Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Application.
